Our handmade collections of hardware, accessories and jewelry are fresh and relevant while maintaining an air of nostalgia. Our knobs and accessories are little sculptures that can revamp any piece of furniture or tabletop. Creations by f. is for frank are designed and sculpted, cast and perfected in our Dallas, Texas studio. But our talents go well beyond pulls, doorknobs and accessories. In our pewter lab at f. is for frank we have the ability to create one of a kind party and promotional favors reflecting the unique personality of the giver. We are a full service studio and can make your zaniest ideas come true.
For the past 5 years Shannah and Casey have been helping friends and their kids create custom-made personalized ornaments for friends and family. While launching a line of pewter drawer pulls for children, they realized that it would be great to combine these and give people of all ages a creative opportunity. In 2009, the pewter lab division of f. is for frank opened and they started holding workshops as a way of making the pewter casting process available to the public. In addition Shannah decided to get back to her roots and began designing jewelry again after receiving many requests from friends, family and clients. Shannah and Casey hope to encourage consumers to buy handmade and to keep creativity in kids and adults thriving.
